Voorkennis
Je hebt kennis en ervaring in DNS. Ook heb je basiskennis van Exchange Server of Exchange Online en je hebt inzicht in de infrastructuur van Active Directory en de domeincontroller, samen met identiteitsbeheer.
Tot slot heb je ten minste 5 jaar algemene IT-ervaring en elementaire kennis van Microsoft 365-services en directorysynchronisatie.

Explore how to deploy a hybrid Exchange environment while learning about OAuth authentication, transport options, and the Organization Configuration Transfer (OCT) utility. In addition, discover techniques use to deploy Hybrid Agents and Hybrid Modern Authentication (HMA) while preparing for the certification exam.
Migration
In this course, you’ll learn how to migrate mailboxes, e-mail, and contacts in an Exchange Hybrid environment. In addition to moving mailboxes, you’ll learn the benefits of using the Office 365 mail migration advisor, a tool that can recommend the best migration path and assist with the management of users and user
access. Lastly, you’ll learn how to troubleshoot mailbox migration while preparing for the certification exam.
Public Folders
Public folders are designed to provide an easy and effective way to collect, organize, and share information within an organization. In this course, you’ll learn how to create and manage public folders in Exchange Server 2019. Also, you’ll learn how to migrate public folders to Office 365 and Exchange Online while preparing for the certification exam.
Role-based Permissions
Role-based access control can be used in Exchange Server 2019 to restrict access to authorized users. Explore how to plan RBAC roles for eDiscovery and how to set up delegated RBAC. Lastly, discover ways to benefit from user roles and user groups. This course can be used in preparation for the certification exam.
Message Hygiene
Exchange Online offers numerous built-in features to manage and ensure message hygiene. Explore connection, malware, and spam filters, as well as how to monitor action center and quarantined items while preparing for the certification exam.
Advanced Threat Protection (ATP)
Microsoft Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) is a cloud-based email filtering service that offers numerous capabilities including real-time protection. Explore ATP capabilities such as Safe Attachments, Safe Links, anti-phishing policies, and the Attack Simulator while preparing for the certification exam.
Address Lists
Exchange allows mail-enabled recipient objects to be collected and grouped together in an address list. In this course, we’re going to explore the creation and management of the different types of Address Lists available in Exchange Server 2019 and Exchange Online. You’ll start by learning the different types of Address Lists in Exchange Online, including Global Address Lists, built-in address lists, and custom address lists. You’ll then see how to create an address list using Exchange Online PowerShell, and examine the use of recipient filters. Next, you’ll see how to create, modify, and remove Global Address Lists using Exchange Online PowerShell. Lastly, you’ll examine hierarchical address books in Exchange Online, including their use and configuration. These topics will help prepare you for the certification exam.
Offline Address Books (OAB)
An offline address book is a copy of a user address book that can be downloaded and used in an offline environment. In this course, you’ll explore offline OABs in Exchange Server 2019 and Exchange Online, including how to create, use, and manage them. You’ll start by examining the fundamentals of OABs, as well as OAB generation and the Mailbox Assistant. You’ll then explore the OAB distribution process, planning a deployment, and moving OAB generation to another server. Next, you’ll see how to download OABs using Outlook and how to use PowerShell to create an OAB. You’ll continue on to see how to add and remove address lists from OABs and how to change the default OAB using Exchange Online PowerShell. You’ll learn how to assign an OAB to users and how to remove an OAB using Exchange Online PowerShell. Lastly, you’ll see address book policies, including how to create them using the Exchange Management Shell. These topics will help prepare you for the certification exam.
